ps: I said that because Italy doesn’t have a minimum or living wage, but industry specific salaries agrees by trade unions and employers associations. I guess a better way to call it is a “legal” wage. How would you call it? I feel like “ethically made” or “fair wage” had been overused and it’s like social washing by now.
