So annoyed to read about MORE libraries closing. As a child, my parents couldn't afford to buy a lot of books, so libraries were where i discovered my love of reading & stories. I might not have become an author without them. My mum used to take me and I'll never forget the excitement of the librarian stamping the inside cover (Yes, i'm that old!) These days I take my kids & we get excited because FREE books. I can't even think of a joke to end this with - that's how cross i am!
