An improvement I would very much like to see in social media posts: Before you invoke racial or generational descriptors, ask yourself if that is the actual causal factor for whatever behavior you are critiquing. Frequently, descriptors like "White people" or "Black people" or "Hispanic people" or "boomers" and such are used to in ways that are much, much too broad. I'm white, so I am particularly sensitive to the use, and misuse, of that very broad term.
