People need to be stopped at all costs

Playing devils advocate, I’d assume that the roof/edges were at least a darker colour based on the image and description!! That being said I’d also check other images of the item and message if I wasn’t sure! Doesn’t seem fair to leave a 2 star review though :((

I dislike so much when customers leave 2-4 stars based on their "feelings" or "perceptions" instead of the quality of the item and/or customer service. That's what the feedback system is for!

Gah I’m so sorry!! The not-reading problem aside, 2 stars is HARSH for wanting the roof to be a few shades darker than silver. (Plus I feel like dark silver evokes a black effect anyway)

I had similar situation, some people just don’t read. I tried messaging the customer to set it right, maybe offer a partial refund and ask if they would consider changing their review but they never responded 🥲

Still trying to understand why Etsy hides the most important part of the listing. It’s maddening.
