Something that really ticks me off traveling (Southwest Airlines) is that they don’t have assigned seats so seating is first come first serve. I’m 6’5” with bad knees so when I board I look for the emergency exit seats so I can sit comfortably by not having to push my knees on the seat if front of me, but 90% of the time someone 6’ or less are occupying the seats with leg room.
