You only need 30min a day of INTENDED exercise! Which means YES! You will huff and puff and feel the burn in those 30 minutes.
Start small, typically 1-2 days a week is a great start. Try walking FIRST. After 4 weeks begin weight training + cardio.
SET REALISTIC GOALS!! People shove down your throat you have to “go big or go home”. You don’t!!
