I got an overdue haircut this weekend. It did not go as I planned (through no fault of the stylist or salon). I began feeling extremely anxious for no reason during my cut, then I started having a hot flash while under the plastic cape. 🫠 As she cut my hair, I started to sweat profusely and feel dizzy.
