Taken extended time off from training?
Here are a few tips for getting back into it again.
✨Ease back into your routine with lighter weights and lower intensity. Be ok with starting with a lower weight than where you left off. Strength will probably decrease during that time, so find your baseline of where you’re at now with strength.
🔑 Good standard to use: how many weeks you took off from the gym and give yourself that amount of time to build up to where you left off. Be patient and smart.
