Had a go at creating a D&D 2024 character to see how different the character might be. Thought I’d try a Wizard, often one of the most complicated classes for some. I like the background feat, focuses on the magic and you get an extra couple of Cantrips plus a spell. What I found odd, is I chose the Sage background. In my background equipment I get a Quarterstaff and a set of robes. Which I also get in my class starting equipment. Seems like wasted duplication 🤔 TTRPG Threads
