It’s amazing when you take certain things out of your diet how much your body rejects them when they’re reintroduced. Took out liquor, fried foods, salty foods, high calorie & carb food, and partying…. And babyyyyy it’s like my body gets sick when I consume any of the above . Oh and i removed dairy … that’s the scariest one for me lol I’m just waiting on that ice cream reaction
