When I was a kid I'd ask my grandpa what time it was he'd say quarter past or half past or a quarter to what ever time it was I say that to a kid today they think I'm nuts I'm not nuts just old

I can relate, here in small town TX, we do a lot of time events by the week. First Monday trades day, second Tuesday council meeting, or fifth Sunday singing, and of course every Thursday is the "Sun", the day that our newspaper is out.
