Healthcare clinician confessions: My happiest moments as a clinician is always when I make the time to just sit and connect with my patients — it has never been being able to meet productivity or meet quotas or even documentation 😫😫 — I love working with my patients 1:1 , motivating them , hearing their stories and building a bond, connecting .. I do not enjoy anything else about my work - nothing 👀😫
