Was in this situation years back. Difitnah sana sini sampai koyak mental sekoyak-koyaknya. Lama sabar, then akhirnya hati kata enough is enough. Berhenti with no backup plan. Dah berhenti baru plan nak buat apa. Allah Maha Baik, Dia susun cantik sangat journey tu. Siapa sangka dari kerja yang literally macam kat neraka but now dapat kerja yang sangat sihat for mental health. Much better than before in ALL aspects, wayy better! Minta tolong kat Allah & you’ll be fine. May Allah ease, have faith!
