My new hire began to have a few personal issues the week she was supposed to start…
I told her to just take the rest of the week off but I want her focused and ready on Monday
I’m not expecting her to show up while she is worried abt other things, that would make the experience unpleasant to her, and she would not preform as well
Best decision: Give it time, we both win this way.
She will feel heard and understood
She will show up compromise and ready
She will be mentally prepared
