This one reminds me of one time in college, a peer from church was asking for advice about something. I was getting a lot of that at the time so I asked him why so many were coming to me? Not a problem, I was just curious. He said I was the only one in any sort of leadership role who ever gave real solutions instead of just “pray about it” or “wait and God will show you”. That bummed me out, those are terrible things to tell someone with a problem! Prayer is fine, but without action it is empty.
