This is a small project I worked on for a client, created in 3ds Max. The model was built to scale with careful attention to detail, but I also had to consider time and budget constraints. I'm pleased with how it turned out. 2D blueprints and photographs sourced from the web were used as references. Texturing was done in Substance Painter and 3ds Max. Water was simulated using Phoenix FD, and everything was rendered in V-Ray
