Since this is threads, I'll add. I hear from the medics that many folks either lose too much weight, or turn to fat on Chemo - neither good. Managed to maintain my weight exactly where it was and at a spiffing 12% body fat. Dropping in some 5k runs or 10 min weights sessions on the days I have the energy, and epic sofa naps on the days I don't. Finding the rhythm.
