Often times brides-to-be ask me, where do I start when planning my wedding? I always lead with either find a venue then a planner, or find a planner then a venue. The reason is, booking your venue will secure your wedding date. If you want a specific date or specific venue, go for it. Then find the planner to help you with the rest of the planning. BUT if you don’t know when or where to have your wedding, then I suggest looking for a planner first so they can help you book the perfect venue.
