So I just learned that apparently it's a millennial thing to not throw away their iPhone boxes. I'm GenX and apparently this illness spreads. I never toss any electronic 📦. Not android, not watches, not Xbox, not anything. Turns out, I also keep every appliance instruction manual ever written that comes into my possession. 😬

2 小時內	Beach Bum butcher.it	I should also note that my mother would be appalled at this behavior. She throws away every box immediately. Including things that come in groceries like Bisquick because, "bugs".
2 小時內	Louie Powell louie_powell_photo	I also tend to keep appliance instruction books. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have the discipline to throw them away when the relevant appliance gets discarded.
5 小時內	Barb Mann prairielily77	I keep my Samsung phone boxes and instruction manuals too. I'm a boomer. When Dad died in 1999, his attic was filled with empty boxes from toasters, radios, tvs, you name it. So it's just not a new thing. Dad was born in 1911.
10 小時內	trombenik	I download the pdf of all my appliances and tools and make a pdf of the receipts for them (and add the receipts to the manuals). I actually refer to these and use them regularly. But I still keep the hard copies.
