Tip of the day: Don't just tell your users their current plan doesn't support a feature!
Have them upgrade and make upgrading easy while you still have their attention.
Over the past few days, I've been working to eliminate the need for our customers to figure out how to upgrade.
Someone should only need to access billing to cancel/pause, or update the payment method on file.
Every other billing-related action should be doable throughout the app.
I will share the impact, if any, next month.
