the great Bernie Mireault has passed ♥️ maybe 30 years ago i slept at Bernie’s with a friend. we drank and smoked and laughed till 4 or 5am. he was so calming and accepting. next morning i woke up on the couch with a horrible hangover. the sound of his kids running around laughing and shouting should have been irritating but instead it was like music. it was the first time i ever imaged that i could be a parent one day
