Just got home from work. It was good until I had to go to the same hospital again where Liam passed. It was so hard but I know my lil angel was there with me. I fucking hate it but I gotta do my job. That was my last call for the day. I know that now I will be going to that hospital 🏥 more so this is part of the healing process. I miss my lil elf Liam. This fucking sux so much
