Had a migraine aura twice today and ignored it thinking it was just my new flashing lights from my ODD. Nope, it is a migraine. Explains why I'm feeling so exhausted too. I seem to be getting them more frequently again - I wonder if that means I need my meds adjusted(?) Probably not. My migraines seem to be triggered by stress which has been quite high lately tbf
