The heightened need to be paid is destroying creativity everywhere imaginable. Everybody screaming charge what you’re worth, but no one is worth the mindset to pay. But also feel the need to be compensated… I waited mad years put in days, weeks, months of work before I crafted and perfected my skill to my worth. I’m always worth it, but in this day and age- everybody wants the same respect but only give what you like to do weeks before sending a deposit - have several. I am fucking tired.
