My adhd hack is to sign up for stuff or say yes as soon as I hear about it and get excited Then, when the thing is about to happen, my external accountability kicks in so I have to do it The thing in question is an art show that I still need to make art for 🫣 It’s due Monday 😳🤞🏻🥴
