Get a pan and put a layer of corn tortillas at the bottom (maybe 50 cents or so for a package), some of the meat/ veggie mix, some shredded cheese (you can often find two packages/4 cups for $5); then another layer of tortillas, meat/veg, cheese ... then one more layer, with cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
