What must happen to a persons brain 🧠 when working for a government agency that makes one deliberately ignore any sense of direction a client gives one to just do the opposite and show absolute laziness? I am outta breath just reading that runon sentence and reliving the anguish of the hard work of the last 9 months that is now meaningless. I hope whoever handled the account heals!
