Okay people the distinction between urgent and emergency is the important point here. OP is likely stating this because somebody is complaining that they have to wait to be seen instead of immediately jumping to the front of the line as opposed to say, a dog actively hemorrhaging significant amounts of blood, or a cat that can’t breathe.
