The one habit I have, I'm most sure of is helping me, is this: A few times a day I stop with whatever I'm doing, I look up at the sky and take a few deep, slow breaths. This does wonderful things to both my mind and my body ✨

Right before going to bed I do the same. I step outside, look up at the stars, or some shreds of clouds passing in front of the moon... I take a few deep breaths while I think about something from today that I am thankful for. It's the best thought to fall asleep with.
