My daughter is a teacher in Canada. She loves SoCal where her aunt (my sister) lives. I told her some years ago California was recruiting Canadian teachers. She said "no way I'd teach in the US, I don't want to be shot in my classroom or see my students killed". Canadian students don't have active shooter drills because there's strict gun control there.
