I'd like all Airport Managers to just be a customer in your own airports for a day. Check-in for a flight and make your way to the gate.
Then do the reverse.
Test out all facets, baggage claim, passenger pickup and drop-off.
Try to buy a cup of coffee or tea or lunch without your airport employee discount.
Be an airport customer in your own airport, take off your manager hat.
Then report back.
