This is Hyundai's biggest issue at the moment. Their dealer/service network leaves a *lot* to be desired (as I can tell you from experience). There are about 7 Hyundai dealerships in my city (not counting just over the river in Quebec) and there are 3 I definitely wouldn't deal with again. One that says they can't service my car. The one I bought my car at is too far away to get my service done at as is it's sister dealership. That leaves 1/7 that seems reasonable. 14% success rate...
