It’s blood cancer awareness month. Didn’t know that was a thing, but now I know! I just signed up to be a blood stem cell donor through NMDP (formerly Be The Match). After both of my siblings battled blood cancer in 2022, it’s the least I can do. They are both healthy now, thank god, but I think about the other families out there waiting for a donor match to save their loved one’s life… Anyway, consider reading more about it by searching “NMDP join the donor registry.”
