When are we going to put harsher restrictions on guns? When are we going to start policing guns instead of women’s bodies? When are children going to stop asking me if I have a plan to save them from an active shooter? When will teachers be able to look at their closets and see a closet instead of a hiding spot for a child? When will I get to stop needing toilet paper in my classroom in case we are locked down in my classroom for so long that a student needs to use the trash can as a toilet?
