This patient has a typical parenthesis deformity and bulbous nasal tip indicative of cephalic positioning of the lateral crura. She also has near-complete collapse of her external nasal valve when she breathes in because of her weak nasal sidewalls and flared medial crural footplates. She also has a dorsal convexity and slight hanging tip lobule with a very angulated columellar/lobular angle. Preoperative inhalational base view shows severe collapse of external nasal valve
