Who is in Therapy at the moment and what have you learned that has helped or is helping you become a better person? I will go first, I have learned that I have heavy codependent traits because of the childhood I went through. Am learning to recognise and take care of my needs and myself 😊. Sometimes I feel like the therapy is a waste of time but then there are moments that I feel like, omg the therapy is working because am handling many situations way differently and better than before 😀.
