If your work is absolutely hardcore, and you still enjoy it, meaning u are surrounding by lovely people who understand and value you especially your work-life balance. In contrast, if you feel toxic, exhausted, either your work easy or hard, mean you are not tired from being at work, u are tired of working with people who opposite in the points I wrote above.
