Update: Phoenix is home, resting & getting better. High breath & heart rates confirmed initially So we ran X-rays & blood work - heart & lungs were actually great, and no signs of infection. Process of exclusion with those symptoms leaves stress or shock as possibilities. If true, we don't know why; if she had a fall or something intensely scared her.
