School Shooters - should parents face charges if their kid is involved in a school shooting? All these shooters seem like their is massive signs that were being ignored. Signs that it seems most parents ignore or don't pay attention to. Yes I know they can't charge someone on behalf of the actions of others, but if you're a parent and you notice signs, clearly ignoring them isn't working.
