Impossibile to give Virginia Woolf less than 3 stars but these dramatisaions really were not compelling at all.... I quite enjoyed the Orlando (hard to make that boring!) but the rest just didn't keep or even get my attention. It wasn't the cast. There were strong performances, but it just didn't work. I'll give it a decent interval and then (re)read the actual books to restore my good opinion of the author! And maybe (re) watch Tilda Swinton as Orlando because she was utterly amazing 🤩
