I probably don't need to add a listing for every planet, space station, nebula, galaxy, asteroid belt, etc. into my worldbuilding bible. A lot of it is mentioned in passing and will never come up again. But I know from experience that when I don't add them, those are the ones that send me digging through tons of different documents, trying to remember some obscure detail about it that's suddenly important.
