tulah. same with my clients. i akan panggil sir or tuan. puan or i akan tanya Ms or Mrs? some of them suruh panggil nama sahaja, tapi kita kena start dulu call dengan panggilan professional what happens after that is another thing. i do not know why people make it a big issue.
