A 3 bed 2 bath house, unfinished basement, .25 acres, rooms are all 8x10, whole house to be repainted, refloored, and upgraded (hasn’t had an upgrade since early 2000s), 1 car garage, in a semi decent neighborhood (on the fringe) Guess the price… and if you guessed half a million you’d be correct… $465,000 for the above description and people wonder why everyone is bitching. These fixer uppers aren’t even affordable anymore unless you want a house that’s on the verge of being condemned…
