I am on draft 4 of a speech and may do a 5th And it is deeply uncomfortable to revise again and again It is deeply uncomfortable to push to be my best rather than “good enough” In the past I would have said “eh some bullet points are good enough” as a way to resist the work And while I hate revision, I’m proud of myself for doing it and getting more from myself
