Month-of vs. Day-of Coordinator Essentially, wedding planners/coordinators can’t realistically run your wedding day without prior knowledge of who your vendors are and what their schedules are for the day. When you see “month-of-coordinator”, this is the day-of service that includes working with their couples at least one month prior to the wedding day. This helps us create the timeline, speak to your vendors, and ensure everyone is on the same page for a smooth and succesful wedding day ☺️
