A real friend made it very simple for me earlier when she said "Why are you still here?" She's referring to my job and the fact that I only have one source of income and can barely make ends meet. I realized that being happy at work is not enough if they don't value your worth. I am a marketing coordinator for 3 Australian clients and only take home $600 a month minus taxes. She's right. I love my job but I now have 2 active applications and will continue to look for a better option.
