I absolutely LOVED that game. Had a PC (DX2/66) and a Mac (Performa 6360) back in the early 90s that I played that (and TIE Fighter) on for hours on end (& Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe; LucasArts was on target back in the day). I still have my pilot files from all of them on a CD somewhere.
