For 25 years the Republican approach to school shootings has been "thoughts and prayers." If your employer asked how you were approaching a problem at work and you responded "thoughts and prayers," you would be fired. Isn't it time for us to begin firing republican office holders who continue to suggest the answer to school shootings is "thoughts and prayers?" Once we start firing these people, we'll see some better responses. C'mon people vote blue up and down the ballot.
