The way I see coaches flip flop between “omg I love my job so grateful can’t wait to see clients/do check ins” …. To “having a rough few days, really overwhelmed with everything” in the space of 24 hours really shows how some people have holes in their business, schedule and overall systems. They’re not running a business, it’s running them.
