You actually *need* a certain percentage of body fat (determined by your age and sex) to stay healthy— so even if fat loss is one of your health goals, you shouldn’t aim to purge every ounce of fat from your system! 😲
Restrictive diets and/or extreme exercise regimens can leave you with too little body fat, leading to health problems.
